Install Vivotek Camera Viewer app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:

It works, but...

I have a dozen of the app IP7132 cameras in use. This model of camera doesn't support Motion-JPEG stream and can not be seen on a mac computer. This application let me view them, but has some limitations. More than a stream, it shows succescive still images that are updated every four seconds. I guess newer cameras that support Motion-JPEG (not only MPEG4, like the IP7132) will show real video streams.
Since the model IP7132 is not in the list of cameras displayed on the "camera model" window, I initially chose "the app 7000 series". It didn't work, so I decided to try choosing something else. When I chose "the app PT7137", it worked!
Not bad, but not perfect. Three stars is midway for version 1.0
