Has some good info but needs a lot of work. Can't import pdf for records and jpegs come out squashed. Has potential but no one is working to improve it.
Handy but some shortcomings

I am using this to keep track of the immunization records for my 4 children. Pros: user-friendly interface, can enter multiple individuals, can email records Cons : no cloud support, cannot see all individuals on one page, Why is there no Haemophilus category (Hib)? This is a basic childhood vaccination and is different from Pneumonia and Influenza! Biggest con: No way to enter vaccines not listed and no comment box on entry form. For instance, it would be nice on Varicella to enter that the person had a confirmed case of chicken pox. Overall, it's fine and better than most. It could use some tweaking, though.

I just wanted an app that would store my baby's the app history and found this one. looks promising, though I haven't gone through all features. theres one thing that caught my attention, i can't find a way to delete a person's record. will update my review as I go through the app.
