Install ScratchMap: record your trips app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using ScratchMap on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ScratchMap"
- The search will reveal the ScratchMap: record your trips app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once ScratchMap is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ScratchMap.
- Now enjoy ScratchMap on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native ScratchMap Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use ScratchMap,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "ScratchMap" » then Click "Install".
- ScratchMap: record your trips will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Pretty but some fundamental issues

Very pretty and easy to use but does not permit logging in if not connected to a fb account. Belgium does not appear as a country but rather is divided into Flanders and Walloon part... why?!? Hong Kong can be marked separately from China but Macao cannot and yet they are both special administrative regions.

It had potential

This app could be an amazing way to track your trips, and the places one wants to visit. However the fact that it only allows you to select the entire country instead of the actual city you are visiting is a a ket down. For example I have lived in Miami Fl USA. But when I tap on it it ether says I have lived in all USA or non at all.

I like traveling a lot and I think this app is great for those like me. I used to have an offline scratch map, but having everything on my phone is much more convenient. Moreover, I can share it on my Facebook and see my friends' maps which makes it even more fun! Definitely recommend this app for everyone to try!

Really good country tracker. Probably my favorite user interface of all of them on iTunes (and trust me I've tried them all haha)
It needs a way to search for countries or at least add the ones that are too small to click on. E.g Vatican City, Monaco, San Marino. If that is added it will be perfect.
