Download and install the Stratus MLS Mobile app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Stratus MLS on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Stratus MLS"
The search will reveal the Stratus MLS Mobile app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Stratus MLS is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Stratus MLS.
Now enjoy Stratus MLS on PC.

How to download and use Stratus MLS App on Windows 11

To get Stratus MLS on Windows 11, check if there's a native Stratus MLS Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing Stratus MLS:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Stratus MLS" » Click "Install" to install Stratus MLS Mobile
- Stratus MLS Mobile will now be available on your windows start-menu.

Many bugs. Whenever you try to open a doc in a listing it shuts off. You need to able multiple listings to be emailed to clients. Could be a good app but needs improvement.
Problem with sign in

I cannot even sign in with this app. Very user unfriendly, similar to its web version which is the same issue if you change your computer. Also if you click forget password, it crashes every time. Still trying to log in as of now.
Difficult to use

Often need to use outside realty sites because this app has log in issues (crashes repeatedly), slow to load and should be able to save password so it does not have to be logged in every time. When out with customers this is NOT helpful at all.
Fix all bugs!

App doesn’t log me in! Keeps telling me my user ID or password are incorrect but no problems on a desktop. Please fix this along with all other bugs! Extremely frustrating that this is meant to be used on the go and there’s no functionality of the app.
