Using iProject Viewer on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "iProject Viewer"
The search will reveal the iProject Viewer app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once iProject Viewer is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including iProject Viewer.
Now enjoy iProject Viewer on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "iProject Viewer" » then Click "Install".
- iProject Viewer will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

It's scamming you making you to think it's free to get and 'use' but you can basically do nothing unless you pay like $130/year. You get one month free trial but if you don't cancel it in right time... Unless you just need it for a day and have time to set up everything for that free trial, don't even bother downloading it. I just wasted my time.
Crashes

Installed and linked it to our One Drive and the app crashes every time I try and browse folders to get to a project plan. No error messages of any type. Just blows itself up. Not a robust application. Too bad I can’t open a file and give it a spin.
A great app but...

It's only a viewer and you can't revise or edit tasks, PBIs or features, etc... It's strictly just a viewer and so my question is, what would be the point of this app if you can't change anything? I might as well be using my laptop vs. my iPad.
Finally - MS Project File Viewer

Someone finally came up with a MS Project Viewer that doesn't need to convert the file to something else first. This app can view the original file, which is great for the iPhone! Nicely done!
