  • Takes DAYS to mount

    By AppDever (Pcmac user)

Yes I said days! If I lose connection to this the app, it takes DAYS for it to ever mount again and I never know if it ever will again. It always says “The server may not exist or is unavailable at this time.” If you’re looking to download this, you must already own the the app, and it’s too late.
  • Works but power management not working

    By microChasm (Pcmac user)

I have a MacMini that I run this app on and I have power management enabled on the LinkStation and it is not working when my MacMini or MBAir attempts to wakeup the LinkStation. I have set the LinkStation to AUTO but to no avail. I have to leave the LinkStation ON all the time to use it on my network.
  • Useless

    By Mcooperrider (Pcmac user)

Until a 64bit version of this app is released, it is useless on Catalina. Come on Buffalo, earn what we spend on your hardware! I'll be switching to a different (more competent) company unless the app makes the paperweight usefule again.
  • does not find my NAS > useless

    By VistaLane (Pcmac user)

On my windows 7 laptop the buffalo app works but the apple version does not even recognize my the app. I have now opted for manual IP address for the app and mount it on my mac using the IP address instead of this useless app.
