Install WBaduk app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "WBaduk"
The search will reveal the WBaduk app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once WBaduk is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including WBaduk.
Now enjoy WBaduk on PC.

I really love the Go problems via the app. However, I abhor that I can't play any games on it because it keeps crashing/disconnecting from the server etc. If they can fix that issue I would gladly give it 5 stars.
Pro games don't update

Love the app, I just wish pro games would update live. I have to log off and back on to see new moves.
A WBaduk client!

Since I'm not aware of any this app client for the Mac, the best option is an iOS client and here it is! This program not only offers access to all of the this app server rooms, it also provides generous access to some tsumego and pro games. For anyone interested in the game of Go/Weiqi/Baduk, get this app.
