This app is the most frustrating app ever made

Now, I don’t usually write reviews for apps because I don’t feel like doing it. Usually the apps that I download do exactly what they’re supposed to, so I don’t bother with writing reviews. Also, there isn’t any app that makes me “wow, I really need to tell people how good this is”. And that was also correct for “wow, I need to tell people how bad it is”.. until now. This app is a disaster. I use it for one thing, only one thing: to recharge the app prepay account. And it just doesn’t work. Everytime I try to do it, it takes an age to load the main page, then another decade to load to the page where I have to select the app payment method. It’s so frustrating that it’s not worth going into the app, just using Safari is better because the website actually loads in a reasonable amount of time. And one time I got asked if the app is good, like a feedback thing. I gave it a 1, said it isn’t working how it should, and I clicked “submit”. And I got SPAMMED with feedback things after that to the point that I closed the app out of frustration and now I’m deleting it, I’ll just use the website and that’s it. Although it is nice to see your data usage and things like that, the app just isn’t working, I’m sorry.

This is a major plus for someone who travels, unlike it its counterpart Vodafone who not only has a lacking interface but is available only in the Romanian itunes store. Really useful and well designed interface! One of the best carrier apps out there!!

I can chat with an agent in English (even though the app is in Romanian) Look for the option “Contactează-ne” in app menu.
