  • Be careful!

    By (o)v(o) (Pcmac user)

the app pain could be caused by serious problems and you should see a doctor rather than rely on someone's app. I tried app and it gave some excersises which could seriously worsen the problem so please be careful when using this.
  • Thank you for this app!

I bought this app about a month ago. My the app has been hurting quite a bit for the past couple months, went to my chiropractor a few times but he didn't really give me much relief. Anyways, I found this app and figured for 3 bucks, I'd give it a try. Well after one month my the app feels 90% better. The stretches seem to be helping a bunch. But you definitely need a foam roller to get the full benefit. Its like getting a deep tissue massage. I found one at Dick's sporting goods (they actually about four different types). The animations are really cool and easy to follow. And they do change if you change your answers to some of the questions. Pretty cool stuff. On a side note, I was having some runner's knee pain on the outside of my left knee (that's what my chiro called it anyways). It's gone since I've started using this app. Looking forward to more apps!! Thanks.
  • Helped a lot!

The fact that I didn't have to pay a physical therapist however many dollars made this worth it for me right there, but it actually helped to boot. Only after a couple days I finally stopped getting the pain in my lower the app and was able to have a full nights sleep. I went through a little questionnaire and based on that got a bunch of exercises/stretches to do... I hesitate to call them exercises because it's not like sweating break you the app hard work. They were mostly just kind of relaxing to do. Taking the couple of minutes to do the exercises is infinitely worth the hours of sleep I save.

Once you answer the questionnaire, you're given numerous exercises for your the app problem. They include stretches and strengthening exercises. My only problem with the app is that you can't select the ones you want to do and build a routine according to the time available. Moreover, the instructions don't stop after so many reps. You have to manually stop them and proceed to the next exercise you want to do. The exercises are fairly well demonstrated. A few are not. The good news is these exercises DO work. I found my lower the app pain greatly relieves -- almost eliminated -- after doing about half of the exercises recommended. I'm sure it will take more than one session but I'm incredibly happy with the app. True, the exercises can be found at no cost on the web. But I wanted them in an app that I can put to work right away. So I'm happy to pay for this app and so far very pleased with it. I recommend it to you to eliminate or relieve you lower the app pain.
