  • Not easy to use

    By K.Haas (Pcmac user)

I really want to use this to track my allergy symptoms... however the app doesn’t allow changes to be made easily if I make a spelling error or want to change the color. (Taping on it is non responsive) I can add new categories, which is great! But how do I apply them to the day I want? Only an option for reviewing the calendar graph at a month and no points show up, I can’t add any either. When trying to change the day, it doesn’t stick. I tried to contact support for help, however it wanted me to log in and create an account... which I tried to do and received no responsive email to complete the sign up process. I have no confidence that this product is worth paying money for if the free version is this broken... it makes me feel like I would be wasting my money.
  • SUBSCRIPTION ONLY

    By oomuzicnoteoo (Pcmac user)

As mentioned in other reviews, this app is only usable by paid $2.99/monthly subscription or one time $9.99 fee. This is not mentioned or known until I was unable to input an entry on day 12 of use and it kept opening the purchasing page.
  • Misleading

    By luccaboose (Pcmac user)

Very disappointed to have put in the time and effort to get this set up only to find that I have to pay after the first two weeks. That should be made clear.
  • Feeling tricked

    By orangeappled (Pcmac user)

Should have told me in the app that it costs $9.99 after a 2 week trial. It’s an okay app but it’s not worth $10 and now I’ve recorded two weeks of data that I’m just going to abandon.
