  • Working for me!

    By Gone2texas (Pcmac user)

I’ve had the app for a few days. Tried it half-heartedly a few times and wasn’t sure it was working. Background: I had both my knees replaced eight days ago. the app is getting better, but nights are the worst: can’t get comfortable. Last night, at 4am, I could not find a position where my legs didn’t burn and ache. Put on the app in desperation and within a few minutes was able to feel less the app and was able to get to sleep. Slept fo three hours: only waking to put an earplug back in or reset the app. A lifesaver for me.
  • Surprisingly helpful

I didn't think this would actually work but it does. The first time I tried it was at a doctor's office where I was really waiting and waiting past my appointment time. I have a lot of the app from different sources and this day my feet and lower legs were in such the app. I turned this on for ten minutes and when they called my name I actually could get up and walk without a lot of fiddling. That was surprising. Usually I'd have to hold onto something and 'test' my feet, one at a time. I keep this app on page one now.
  • BEST ALL AROUND APP FOR FIBROMYALGIA & INSOMNIA!

    By BackedbyBuddha (Pcmac user)

No ocean, rain or whale sounds. No ringing bowls. Just a complete selection of tones for all sorts of the app from migraine to fi royal is and everything in between, plus sleep tones (isn't sleep always in short supply when in the app???) to boot. Extra bonus: this can play behind music or audiobooks, etc, plus works with white noise apps- all three apt at once! The only app of this type I know of that can boast this. The only thing I'd love to see added is a 24 hour timer, not just 2. A small thing I'll wish for this Christmas, but I love it regardless.
  • It actually works!

    By Bethelred (Pcmac user)

So I have extensive neck injuries on every single vertebrae; needless to say I deal with a lot of chronic the app. I have tried everything, and while I won’t say that this app takes the the app away completely, I will say that there was a VERY marked reduction in the amount I’ve been feeling, and with almost immediate results. I’m naturally a skeptical person, so I was definitely surprised by this, even though there is scientific evidence backing its effectiveness. Anyway, it’s worth a shot, trust me!
