Install iTunar app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using iTunar on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "iTunar"
The search will reveal the iTunar app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once iTunar is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including iTunar.
Now enjoy iTunar on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use iTunar,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "iTunar" » then Click "Install".
- iTunar will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Missing lots of major features.

Has a bug with volume changing unexpectedly when you do certain actions, I'm not sure why. Also seems to get "stuck" where can't play/pause anymore, have to kill the app and restart to get it working again. There doesn't seem to be any way to view or change the current playlist without completely replacing it. So you can't even look to see what track will be played next or when your music might run out. There is a position indicator within the song at the bottom of the main screen, but you can't use it to find a particular spot in a lecture. I have some very long tracks, and skipping a segment at a time with the swipe actions is a really terrible way to navigate long tracks. The press and hold actions take too long. I often end up pausing the music when I don't mean to because I get impatient with how long it takes to bring up the music selection or settings. Pretty unusable as it is.

I love the ability to customize gestures, including the ability to switch to next album from main screen. However, I would like to be able view entire playlist or album at once.

Kudos to the developer for making this app work on older hardware/software! My iPod Touch’s software is iOS 6 and cannot be upgraded to iOS 8, but this app works like a charm for me.
