What is myCadillac? The myCadillac mobile app has been redesigned to provide a better user experience. The app is highly personalized and allows users to stay in touch and in command of their vehicle, whether they are in it or not. The app provides remote commands, vehicle status, roadside assistance, My Cadillac Rewards, tutorials, and more.

Software Features and Description

1. Check your vehicle’s status by glancing at your home screen — monitor fuel level, oil life, tire pressure and more, making it easy for you to stay on top of your vehicle’s health and schedule service with your participating Dealer without leaving the app.

2. Service availability, features and functionality vary by country, vehicle, device and the plan you are enrolled in.

3. Plan your trip by sending a destination to your vehicle’s built-in navigation system from the vehicle mobile app.

4. ********Requires a capable 2015 model year or newer GM vehicle and active service plan.

5. Mobile app functionality is available on select devices and requires data connection.

6. Vehicle Status features require a paid plan.

7. From setting up your Bluetooth® connection to advanced safety features, learn more about your vehicle.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "myCadillac"
The search will reveal the myCadillac app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once myCadillac is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including myCadillac.

- The app has a start your car function that is very useful, especially in cold weather cities.

- The app is an outstanding tool to manage and understand what is going on with the car.

- The app has a key fob option that is very convenient.

☹ Cons:

- The app was not optimized for the iPhone X for several months, which is disappointing.

- The key fob option had a temporary glitch that caused it not to populate on the dashboard.

THANK YOU!!!! I truly appreciate that you listened to our feedback about this function. Thank you for bringing back this to our app. I hope others appreciate your diligence in working to make the app great for us. It’s easy to complain about things and it spreads like crazy. I wanted to also REJOICE and say THANK YOU and hope that spreads just as rapidly. The following HAS been corrected and was my original post - Please get RID of set location!!!!!!!! It does nothing!!!!!!!!! Bring back LOCATE VEHICLE!!!!!! SET LOCATION has killed the app. Please bring back LOCATE VEHICLE as in find it where ever it is like other apps. This “update” does nothing.
Still no iPhone X support...

Update: as promised, a 5 star review after an update which finally supports the iPhone X. The phone has been out for 9 months but late is better than never. Update: yet another update which does not support the iPhone X. What a disappointment to say the least. As stated last time, the rating will go back up when the iPhone X and FaceID is supported fully. The iPhone X has been out for several months yet the app has still not been optimized for the new screen despite this. This rating will bump back up when the app is updated to support Apple’s flagship phones.
Key Fob Not Available

This app had been working perfectly with no problems, until yesterday. The key fob option is not populating on my dashboard. Not sure what reason is. When the key fob option pops again I will rated back to 5 stars. UPDATE: I am updating my review to 5 stars. It seems like the key fob problem was a temporary glitch. It is back and working beautifully. Nevertheless, I got a quick response from customer support to help me resolve the problem. That to me is very impressive and important. This is one of my top favorite apps on my phone. I highly recommend it.

Outstanding app, certainly the best available tool to manage and understand what going on with my car. One of my favorite features is the start you car function all from the app. If you live in a cold weather city, this is a must have function. By the time I reach my car, the inside is warm and ready for my departure. This is my first Cadillac, and it changed my attitude about driving. I’ve fallen back in love with driving because of this car. The app is just the icing on the cake I enjoy a slice of every time I use it.
