    The workouts are clear, no frills and effective. Because they are so no-frill, you don't get tired of them and there is nothing annoying about them. You can also create three different workouts with your own selections or just use their three existing workouts and choose how long you want to do each exercise - 30, 45 or 60 seconds. I do about three different workouts for different areas after my cardio. Terrific especially for when you're traveling or have five or ten minutes here or there.

    I use this app, and others from the same developer, semi-regularly for some structured toning. I assume when the girl does the movement you are supposed to mimic the timing, but I can't always place my phone where I can see it and comfortably complete the exercise, so I wish there was a little click or ding for each rep. Obviously it should be optional for people who don't want it, switching on and off in settings. The app itself is not particularly fancy, just structure and nice options for quick 5, 7.5 and 10 min workouts (and 2-3 different "series" of the workouts so you can alternate day to day). As others have mentioned there are no 20 or 30 minute workouts, but you could do one 10 minute workout followed by another.

    This series gives a quick tone up. It is simple enough to get me over the "no time", "too long", "to hard" hurdles. There's no good excuse for not doing this series the app. The only thing that would improve it is 10 seconds between each exercise to get into position without having to hit the pause button. Otherwise this series is very well designed.

    I really like this app for getting me into bikini shape for this summer. I use it twice a day everyday and I can do it anytime, anywhere, without any equipment! The only thing that would be helpful is if it had the same features as the the app ab workout does like how long you want it. Other than that I would highly reccomend this!
