Anxiety
By k21315 (Pcmac user)
I have moments where I feel like the world feels like it’s pressing in around me, to many other people this app would seem useless but it’s a simple thing that makes me feel better. Even telling yourself to take breaths isn’t as good as watching this thing.

Great interface, breathing part needs work
By Robybox333 (Pcmac user)
Love the clean, immediate interface, the problem is that the exhale circle doesn't shrink all the way to a pinpoint. This makes it hard to follow the breathing guide because you have to memorize how small the circle is going to get before re-expanding. Clunky and not relaxing. Fix this and I'll come back; for now I'll use a more cluttered app with a breather breathing visualization.

Not impressed
By That Westside Guy (Pcmac user)
The basic app offers just one thing - a quite-too-fast inhale/exhale timer. Anything past that requires a recurring subscription - even if all you want is to slow down that 12 cycles per minute breathing routine.
I have my doubts that anyone (other than COPD patients, perhaps) will find the rapid cyclical breathing to be calming or mindful... quite the opposite, in all likelihood.
