Daily Arm Workout functions

- Exercises and progressions are well developed and exemplified

- Clear instructions, video, and timer provided

- Second workout in the upgraded version is great


Cons:

- Annoying and wasteful inspirational talks in other apps are not mentioned as a comparison

- No timer for rest between exercises and no indication of expected reps per minute at different levels

- No master app that incorporates all exercises from various apps in one full-body workout system

- Randomize feature cannot be turned on in the full version and there is no 'settings' button in the upgraded version

- Upgraded version only includes one new workout, making it not worth the price for some users.

    I enjoyed the free version of this app (2 different workout options). I decided to pay $1.99 for the “pro” version. It comes with the exact same two workouts and only 1 new one. Sham.
  • Love it, but doesn't work as advertised

    Great exercises with clear instructions, video & timer. I tried the free version, then upgraded to this version to get the second workout and the Randomize function. 2nd workout is great. The problem is there is no way to turn on the Randomize feature. the full version doesn't have the 'time of workout' setting either. There is no 'settings' button in this version. Please fix and I'll give it 5 stars!!!

    I have downloaded numerous apps and most while providing exercises are preceded by annoying inspirational talks, or just talks, all of which are annoying and wasteful of precious time. Others require to click for each exercise. This app includes exercises and guidance that are great, working, and show result.

    The exercises and progressions are well developed and exemplified. Improvements could include a timer for rest between exercises as well as some sort of indication of how many reps per minute are expected at, say, beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Also, I would be willing to pay for a master app that incorporates all the exercises on the various apps in one full-body workout system.
