Install Talking Tubby app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Talking Tubby"
The search will reveal the Talking Tubby app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Talking Tubby is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Talking Tubby.

I love the app! I would recommend it for all ages. Although it does have quite a bit of ads, it's incredibly fun! The only thing I would change about the app is to make less of the extras (such as the camera) cost real money and maybe add an option to record Tubby, but otherwise it's great! Tubby is so cute!

This is a suggestion: my dad and I were laughing at this as usual and he asked if I could save what tubby says. I think that is a great idea, don't you! So if in the next update or sometime in the future could that happen, that would be great! Thanks!
Cutely creepy

I love this app! Tubby is cute, but he is kinda creepy. When he smiles is what is the creepy part. Awesome game.
Can't get it to work
