Terrible at customer satisfaction

I really enjoy playing this game but unfortunately they don’t feel the need to respond to a simple complaint. I actually spend money on games and bought 100 coins for $9.99. Well the game took my money with no problem at all but didn’t give me the coins. I sent an email to support and received an immediate response stating they received my email and I would be contacted in 1-3 business days. I received an email approximately a week and half later with simple instructions. I complied with instructions and approximately 2 weeks later I sent another email to remind them that I am still here. Almost a month has gone by and I have yet to receive the coins nor a refund. Not cool. In the meantime, I won’t spend money nor play the game. And considering how much I would have played, they lost a lot of money. It’s really too bad to, because I really do like the game. I guess I can look on the bright side, over a month’s time, I would have spent hundreds of dollars. Thank you for saving me that money. I did do a lot of clothes shopping this month and I now realize how I came to so much extra money.

This game is fun. Pros: I get to choose the furniture, not be told exactly what to place and where! After you buy more houses, you can earn money faster. Playing time is very flexible, you can play for 5 minutes or buy and rearrange furniture for an hour! You don’t have to play long, especially when you don’t have a lot of time! You don’t have to collect at certain times, or be bound by time restrictions to finish a task! You can choose a different theme, or color scheme for each house!! I like being able to move unwanted furniture from one house to a new house! Cons: just as others have said, it is a long wait time to for furniture to arrive and to collect! But once you get further along in the game I understand. I wish we had other options, like a DISHWASHER!!! And a black toilet to match my black themed house!!! Maybe be able to collect every 8 hours, but only twice in one calendar day, for those days I can’t get to the game until later.

I really enjoy this app and it is one of my top 10 favorite apps. I really like how you can make money as if it were in real life. One thing I wish that didn’t have to happen every time is that when I try to get free coins, it says no videos are available and I think that is pretty annoying because I really like the things you can buy with coins but only have around 25 to spend. Another thing I like about it is that you can just do whatever you want and don’t have to listen to the tasks like in “Homescapes” or “Matchington Mansion” Overall I think is a pretty great game and I would definitely recommend it to players young or old.

This game used to be my favorite game, but not right now. This game keeps crashing. I waited 2 hours for the income to come on so I could by my couch and just when I did the game flashed to my home screen. After that I when back into the app and realized that it did not save the couch, and not only did it not save the couch it took the money I spent on it away. So later I tried to by the couch again, it blacked out and did not save my money. If I was writing this game 3 years ago I would’ve given it a 5 because it was almost app perfect. That meaning it would not crash, there were no adds, and the only problem was that it got to hard when all the kids came and you had to juggle designing 4-7 rooms at once. So to end this app review I would say don’t get the app unless you think getting annoyed a lot is fun. And trust me and don’t think anyone thinks that. So please read that and make the changes.
