What is 마이 케이티? The My KT app has been updated with a new design and improved features for easier and more convenient use. Users can access information on their usage, fees, personalized benefits, memberships, and additional services with simple switch actions. The app is free for KT customers, but data and call charges may apply for some menus when using 3G/LTE/roaming.

- KT App Services: Access KT membership services and Y-Box through the My KT app and use services such as data gifting and membership movie reservations.
- KT Lens: Scan QR codes to access benefits and purchase special products at KT stores.
- K-Talk Voice Search: Use voice search to quickly and easily find answers to your questions.
- Membership Barcode: Shake your phone to access your membership barcode and easily receive discounts and check your points and affiliated stores.
- Customer Service: Report any issues or problems with the app to olleh.app@kt.com with detailed information such as phone model, OS version, and screenshots.
- Access Permissions: The app requires access to phone and storage permissions for roaming information and widget menu image downloads. Optional access permissions include microphone for K-Talk voice search, camera for scanning IDs, credit/sim cards, and QR codes, and address book for Y-Box friend list access. Users can choose to deny these permissions and still use the app.
