What is Relaxation?

The "Respirer pour ne plus stresser" app is a self-help therapy app that provides users with exercises to control their breathing and reduce stress and anxiety. The app includes four breathing exercises, practical advice for daily use, three videos explaining the technique, four advice sheets, and three self-evaluation tests. The app is customizable, with six photo slideshows and six musical themes to accompany the exercises. The app was created in collaboration with Dr. Dominique Servant, a psychiatrist and psychotherapist who specializes in stress and anxiety.

Accessible à tous et personnalisable, notre application Respirer pour ne plus stresser vous permet d’aménager votre propre programme de contrôle respiratoire en écoutant et en suivant les recommandations du docteur Dominique Servant, au travers de vidéos pour comprendre la respiration, de conseils pratiques pour agir au quotidien, de diaporamas photos et d’accompagnements musicaux.

2. Notre application de contrôle respiratoire Respirer pour ne plus stresser va vous permettre d'apprendre à contrôler votre respiration par trois actions essentielles : la ralentir, respirer par le ventre et privilégier l'expiration.

3. Loin d’être une perte de temps, Respirer pour ne plus stresser vous aide à être plus en phase avec vous-même au quotidien.

4. Une fois entraîné, vous pourrez utiliser la respiration, en flash, pour dominer les situations de stress ou de difficultés émotionnelles.

5. Le docteur Servant est l’un des meilleurs spécialistes français du stress et de l’anxiété et il utilise la relaxation depuis 15 ans au CHU de Lille.
