Just as described - ANNOYING! The best part is you control the annoyingness, its NOT just a sound that plays when you push a button. Run your finger up and down the chalkboard, scrape the plate with a fork, put the mike near the speakers for feedback, or rub two pieces of styrofoam together. My suggestions: 1. a chair on a rug - move it around to hear the wheels squeek 2. a grinder or drill on metal 3. a dentist drill and a tooth (the visual would also make me cringe)

I absolutely adoreeee this app. I have a friend who has very sensitive teeth and I loveeee annoying her with it. The the app are great and I also like the dentist option a lot too. I didn't have this app before the update. So I don really mind not having fork and plate. But I'm sure if I used to have it I would want it back
