1. تم تطوير واجهة مزودي خدمات الأعمال بهدف تمكين الشركات من إدارة مزودي الخدمات التابعين لهم وإدارة أعمالهم وطلباتهم ومراقبتها مع الإلتزام بقواعد وأنظمة المملكة في التوظيف ومنح الشركات حق اعتماد أو رفض المزودين وتحملهم مسؤولية هذا الإجراء.

2. تطبيق يستهدف مزودي الخدمات بحيث يُمَكِّنَهم من إدارة أعمالهم وطلباتهم بالشكل الصحيح حيث تم بناء التطبيق على أساس استهداف مزودي خدمات فرديين، مع الإلتزام بأنظمة وقواعد المملكة في اعتماد مزودي الخدمات في عمر لا يقل عن 18 عام.

3. تم تطوير واجهة للجمعيات الخيرية بهدف منحهم صلاحية إدارة ومراقبة الموظفين "مزودي الخدمات" لدى الجمعيات في تقديم خدمة ودعم طالبي الخدمات.

4. وقد تم منح خاصية تغيير الحالة لمزود الخدمة بحيث يمكن له أن يغير حالته إلى غير متوفر في حال عدم إمكانيته تقديم الخدمة.
