Best workout!

If you haven’t taken Megan’s sculpt society class before, you are missing out! Not only is the app class fun, it’s super effective. I find her method of toning combined with bursts of easy to follow dance cardio has really made a difference in my body postpartum. I’m so happy that now I can have the app in studio/in person experience of Megan’s class at the app comfort of my own home. I finally feel like I can stick to a plan and attend it multiple times a week. Megan’s energy is contagious even through the app videos and her app has been the app best workout app I’ve used so far. Very easy to use and great quality! Highly recommend!

Couple of years ago I found out that I have endometriosis and hypothyroidism which has limited the app high intensity workouts I used to do. I would get so fatigued and my muscles aches that workout wasn’t enjoyable to me until I found Megan on Obé fitness and wished she had her own online classes as she was my favorite instructor. they way she teaches and her energy makes it that much more enjoyable. I still feel sore even though it’s low impact and most importantly, I am seeing results. Thank you for finally making this app for people who are on the app go and love to workout from the app comfort of their homes!

I’m a RN who lives in Oregon, who loves to stay active! My go-to workouts include Barre 3, running, and gym classes. I recently hit a rut, and I’ve been searching for the app next great workout. I found Megan Roup (this app creator) on IG about a year ago, and fell in love with her energy, workouts, and clients! She recently created this app workout app for anyone to use, and I had to try it out! It’s a great price, and you can do the app workouts anywhere/ anytime! the app workouts range from 10min-1 hour, so you can get a quick workout in, or a full hour if you have time. She incorporates dance-cardio with sculpt moves, and I get a great workout every time. It doesn’t matter if you never workout, or are in great shape, you’ll definitely get a workout either way! I can’t say enough wonderful things about her and this app! If you want to get a fun workout in, sweat a little, and feel like a rockstar, you should try this app! ❤️

I have worked out consistently for about 10 years now. I’ve tried all workouts. ALL OF THEM. Megan Roup is a gifted teacher who KNOWS how to maximize your time with a difficult yet achievable workout. She has moves I’ve never seen! My body is so sore from her 1/2 hour sculpt workouts! And don’t get me started on the app 50 min total body!! Sooo goooood! I also love how she teaches. She is so motivating. Her workouts are AMAZING (truly!!!!) and then she’s also the app cutest most inspiring person ever and I’m just HOOKED!! Can you tell I’m a fan?!
