Install PILOTLOG - CrewLounge AERO app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Still poor

First, the good: it's miles better than the previous iteration. However, this isn't saying much, considering how abysmally bad v5.0 was. The new app finally syncs as promised (well, most of the time). Unfortunately it does not reliably sync across devices, registering as an incomplete flight log on another platform running the software, say, your PC. Yet all the information is there. The solution is to make an edit, any edit, say changing a takeoff time by a minute, for the software to 'accept' the flight as 'completed'. (Needless to say, you then have to undo the edit that you've made). Night timing are also wonky - if you enter a night timing of your choice, amending any other timing field (takeoff, landing, etc) results in strange changes to the night time field as well. Finally, if you are inflight and offline and want to remember when you last flew to a particular airport, or if you've flown with a particular pilot before, good luck because there is simply no such functionality. (Makes you wonder why they market it as a logbook). One year later and progress is still glacially slow. I'm still sticking around because I'm a captive of their payment system, having sunk in a large sum at the beginning. If you're new and looking for a good logbook app, I advise you to look elsewhere. Otherwise, be warned -- Here Be Dragons!

After a false start and premature release the 5.2 version of this app finally works :) This software is fantastic and there have been many improvements made. I’m really looking forward for the development team to now focus on added features going forward. I have to note that although the past few updates have been frustrating to work through, the actual database has never been affected. As many issues as I encountered my precious flight log is still 100% in tact and support to guarantee that has been very reliable.

The app and desktop version had a very rocky year since the implementation of the new software. The previous app and the desktop 5.0 version had some serious bugs. This new app and the new 5.2 desktop have worked like the old MCC software, very smooth so far! I'm really enjoying how everything gets sync right away from any device and also enjoying downloading the roster from the phone. No need to open my desktop computer once a week!
