Install SoFlow app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "SoFlow"
The search will reveal the SoFlow app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once SoFlow is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including SoFlow.
Now enjoy SoFlow on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use SoFlow,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "SoFlow" » then Click "Install".
- SoFlow will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

This is the only app available now. Why did you take away support for your Skateboard line ? It makes No sense
Unable to connect to SO1 Scooter

Unable to connect the new e-scooter to the app via Bluetooth so unable to properly test app. Reached out to customer service but really haven’t done anything to resolve the problem. Bluetooth from the scooter is visible via Bluetooth scanner app so it must be the application that is not detecting the scooter.
