Assistance please

My character name is Raizunu and I’m level 271 VIP6 I’ve been playing this game for about three weeks and I can say that it was very fun and addicting I even put about $20 into my character because I was enjoying the game and the quest there’s a lot to do progression is pretty quick the only problem I’ve had with this game that a deal breaker for me is constantly being kicked from the server and I logged in this morning and my character is gone I tried reaching out to customer service and there has been no response from the dev team and it keeps saying that customer service is down so I have no way of locating my character or figuring out what happened so I’m out of $20 and out of my character I really want to keep playing this game but if I can’t get my character buck or my money I’ll be calling it quits
Another low Rez mobile app

When I first opened the app I was surprised with the art I was like oh okay if the art is good then maybe the graphics are, when I made my character it was okay the customization menu looked good as well, but when I went into the game my hope absolutely vanished the graphics were terrible so low Rez an instant auto play and it didn’t even show me how to turn it off the dialog went by so fast that I couldn’t even read it in time all in all it’s just another terrible low Rez mobile game don’t if I were you I wouldn’t even give the time of Day if you don’t like low Rez auto play games with fast dialog
Auto kinda game

Having played it for 15 mins or so it’s clear to see that the game is heavily based on auto movement. Tap a quest and it basically does it all for you without having to lift a finger. The voices...I don’t think once they matched the dialogue that popped up at the bottom. Either talking about something else entirely or the same thing with different words. I’ll edit the review after I’ve played some more though
Some technical difficulties

I e played for about 15 minutes on an American server and everything else as playing smoothly, but now I can’t move on to the next location of the map, and when I login the game doesn’t load back up all the way and then sends me back to the login page. All in all, I can see it’s a good game, and I would love to play it, the graphics are great too compared to any basic rpg I’ve ever played.
