Install Cardinal Bikeshare app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Cardinal Bikeshare"
The search will reveal the Cardinal Bikeshare app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Cardinal Bikeshare is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Cardinal Bikeshare.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Cardinal Bikeshare,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Cardinal Bikeshare" » then Click "Install".
- Cardinal Bikeshare will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Two apps is confusing.

Some friends and I saw the Citrix Cycles and wanted to try them. In the App Store we were confused because there were two almost identical apps. Some friends were worried one was fake or a scam, so none of us ended up riding that day. Later I called customer service and found out that both work, but this is the version they want people to use. Hopefully they can consolidate the two versions soon.
Great App

I was impressed how well the app functioned — smooth, quick, and interactive. I recommend the app, even if you’re only going to ride for a few trips or a few days, as was my case while visiting Raleigh. Good sign of things to come for the Citrix Cycle system.
Can’t Accept Credit Card Info

It won’t accept my Visa cards (can’t match billing info). It also will not take any American Express cards as it gives errors for not filling out the entire credit card number (AMEX is only 15 digits vs 16 digits)
