Completely Unreliable and Dangerous

Tl;dr - do not ride this bike share system. You will regret it. These are the problems my family and I experienced while trying to use the system while on vacation: Registered with the wrong version of the app, rendering those profiles useless and unable to unlock bikes. Had to remake profiles with the “correct” app version. Some bikes (at least 3) did not have a working e-assist, even if they unlocked. A pedal fell off halfway through our ride. Brakes sound like a dump truck. Each of these problems caused our rides to be twice as long as they needed to be while we spent time that was being charged troubleshooting the bikes, swapping out new ones, and phoning customer service. Will not ever use this service again. I suggest you avoid it.
Service and experience is terrible.

The app is great. Kudos to the developer. Service and experience was terrible. That’s on the business. Don’t waste your time. Kiosk in Park City, Utah was down. Downloaded the app as a workaround. Entered my card information into the app, and it unlocked a specific bike according to the app. When I tried to remove the bike from the kiosk, it would not unlock. I tried to call the number provided by the kiosk and app. Was on hold for twenty minutes before giving up. I emailed Summit Bike Share for options. Got a response the next morning that suggested that perhaps my card was not on file or that I downloaded the wrong app.

0 stars. My bike died in the middle of my ride and I had to ride an extremely heavy broken bike for the rest of the time. The bike even said it had 2 more hours of battery life when it died. It was also a struggle to even get the bikes out of the charging station. Terrible quality product and even worse service. 10/10 would not recommend.
Warning: Bikes unsafe, pedal fell off and battery died

The worst and most poorly maintained bike share fleet I’ve experienced in the world. The bikes desperately need maintenance and are not safe to ride. I had multiple issues with the bikes including a pedal that fell off, batteries dying, and no brakes. The city should remove the bike share system from the road and fine the company running this fleet for unsafe and dangerous practices.
