- The app is not clear on how to use it for the first time.

- The app did not work for one user, who had to call instead.

- The app did not accept an order number from Lowe's Foods.

Used this app twice with orders at Mendocino Farms. Wish all restaurants would use this for curbside! Excellent experience both times!
Almost zero instructions

I placed an order with Lowe’s Foods. When the confirmation email arrived there was a section that recommended downloading this app, so I did. I tried to input my Lowe’s order number but it tells me that’s an invalid number so I’m GUESSING Lowe’s will email me some other order number to put in the order # field. It’s not clear how to use this app at all. I hope it will become more clear when my order-ready email arrives. I’m sure it’s crystal clear to the developer how to use it but for someone using it for the first time it’s a mystery. How about a little more detail in the documentation?
