Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Locate Beacon"
The search will reveal the Locate Beacon app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Locate Beacon is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Locate Beacon.

Buggy app

It is impossible to save and then re-broadcast a beacon. Instead the UUID must be entered *each time* the app is opened. This app is useless for beacon cloning or broadcasting.
