I don’t know who’s leaving these reviews but this app is extremely inconsistent. I downloaded it and followed the exact instructions to get it running. It will do it’s job for about an hour until you go to check if it’s still running - and it’s not. Also, there’s an option called “on demand” in the VPN settings for the app which will essentially put your phone on airplane mode if it’s not connected to the VPN (the app), which in theory should leave your connection protected at all times and provide a sense of security. Like I said earlier you will be using this service for an hour or so but with the “on demand” mode, every page you are trying to view, or texts you may receive, will stop loading until you reconnect the VPN (the app). This is not only a nuisance, but it makes you unreachable whether it’s for business, emergencies, etc. And if you’re relying on your GPS to get you around you can count on it not working half way into your trip. I contacted them about this issue almost a week ago but I haven’t received a response. I regret paying for a yearly subscription and I hope you don’t make the same mistake.

This is the app you need if your coverage isn’t perfect. If you share Wi-Fi (in a dorm or apartment complex) and can’t always get great performance, this app will make you very happy.
