Install Stanley Smart Connect app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Stanley Smart Connect on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Stanley Smart Connect"
- The search will reveal the Stanley Smart Connect app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Stanley Smart Connect is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Stanley Smart Connect.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Stanley Smart Connect,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Stanley Smart Connect" » then Click "Install".
- Stanley Smart Connect will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Only accepts whole inches

I first thought this would be great but sine you can only input whole inches it is virtually useless as a carpenter or for an architect who is doing as built drawings
The LDM works fine for the price
But the app is not worth the free price

This has got to be one of the worst apps. Nothing is labelled so you have no idea what all the little symbols mean. I simply wanted to load a picture and write in the measurements of each side, but couldn't figure out how to write on the picture. Also, when loading a picture from camera role, it cuts off all the sides and makes the picture larger so that the side of what I wanted to record the measurements of were all cut off.

Perfect for Real Estate Agents

As a real estate agent I tend to work alone and quite often find myself in situations where I need to measure large spaces. Though I feel the standard tape measure is a necessity, it can be difficult to use by yourself. This app allows me to use an electronic device to easily capture measurements & in less time. It's my new best real estate friend :-)
