Install Reby - Ride Away app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Reby on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Reby"
The search will reveal the Reby - Ride Away app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Reby is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Reby.
Now enjoy Reby on PC.

Very efficient and somewhat affordable way to get around Barcelona

Reby was a hassle when I tried to use it in Barcelona. More than half of their scooters were out of service it had low battery and some of them just didn’t work and I only found that out after I had unlocked the scooter. Also the whole locking it thing was annoying too. Lime or Movo is way better. Good customer service though.
Not professional and awful customer service

The app needs work, I booked my first e-bike in Barcelona. After I booked, I noticed that the lock was broken. There was no way to cancel the ride, I opted to finish the ride and sent a message to customer service about the broken lock. I got back a one-liner saying. Thanks for notifying and that’s it!! No apologies for the inconvenience or an option to get a refund. I recommend using Bird or similar since it has a better customer service and is not as expensive.
Great until they charge you fines for no reason

Be aware! The service is great until you get hit with a 50€ charge for “improper parking.” I had my bike parked in a bike rack and still got a charge. No one at support will answer my questions about it. It seems they get you using the service then make their money on fines. I have ordered my own scooter and will not be using Reby any longer. Also I will be telling my friends about their predatory practices and lack of transparency.
