Terrible update
By Westernks (Pcmac user)
I have used Prescriber’s Letter for years because I could download and use it with or without internet or phone access. Appears this is no longer the case. Now very slow, unstable and I have to log-in every-time. First use it crashed 2 times. Now nearly useless to me. If not improved likely will not renew and find my education and cme elsewhere. They over reached on this update and when for pizzazz over substance.

Poor designed app and unstable
By GcbPA-C (Pcmac user)
this app used to be a wonderful app. Now it is anything but. If they don’t fix it I will be asking for a refund. The subscription is not cheap either so you would hope you would get what you pay for. Not with this app. Very disappointed.

Very poor app

I have had Prescrber’s Letter for years and it has been a great app. Recently it changed. At first it was just difficult to navigate but now it won’t even open. I have reinstalled it but it crashes every time. It needs some serious work.

Buggy

Doesn’t even feel like a native app rather web-based interface. Constantly have to log back in, it doesn’t save log-in credentials and can’t even do quizzes in this app like prior. Lacking out of the gate. It has good potential so please fix.
