Surprised! Impressed!

I will admit that I was skeptical. I am a worrier and often hold tension in my neck and jaw, giving myself headaches. After just one use of this app I woke up feeling more fully rested and relaxed and ready for the day than I have in years! I usually toss and turn at night trying to sleep and wake up groggy but not after listening to this app. I also awoke with no tension in my neck or jaw- amazing! I love that the app allows you to chose a whether to wake up or sleep at the end and the alarm feature. You get to pick a background sound and how loud the sound is and the how loud the voice is- you even get to pick a calming nature video! You can also choose how much of the hypnosis to listen to- allowing for a short version in the middle of the day if you're feeling stressed out. Lastly, the the app sound machine is a great bonus! Even if you're skeptical- try it!!!
Cure for chronic insomnia.

This is the first thing I've ever tried that actually helps with chronic insomnia. When my brain spins up at 2:30am, I can't take pharmaceuticals, and other relaxation techniques have been only slightly effective. With this app, my brain has something to occupy it so it doesn't have the opportunity to worry about everything in the world. I've used it about a dozen times now and it really works for me. Strong recommend. Incidentally, I've always thought hypnotism was a bunch of poppycock. I don't think hypnotism is what's making this app effective for me. Others may find a different truth. Regardless, I'm not going to argue with success. Thanks, Tap.

I normally take at least an hour to fall asleep and wake up several times throughout the night. But this app puts me to sleep in 15 minutes or less; I don't even get to the end most of the time! I also sleep through the night more often after using this app! I also love the fact that you can switch background music so you're not listening to the exact same thing every time even though the voice is the same. I highly recommend this app to help you the app!
Best Relaxation App

I've tried many apps to the app and this is the best one. His voice is soothing and you can choose the background sound that is most relaxing to you. 9 times out of 10 I never make it to the end because I've fallen asleep, it's that wonderful. This app has definitely helped with my anxiety and now that I get a good night's sleep, I'm much less anxious and tense during the day.
