Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Diag-VW"
The search will reveal the Diag-VW app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Diag-VW is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Diag-VW.

Don’t let this intimidate you , once “I” figured out what “I” was doing it worked great . I am still figuring it out but it connected and read everything including features my car doesn’t have it would just go to next one if my car didn’t have that feature. Also it looks like you aren’t just buying one car like its sounds but looks like you may get all of that make and not just one model still figuring out the $ signs on some of the codes but anyway it worked for me on 2001 Golf !
