What is Freshcaller?

The Modern Cloud Telephony app by Freshdesk Contact Center allows users to make and receive calls at their convenience. Users can set their availability by toggling between being online and offline from within the app. The app also allows users to directly engage with their most recent callers from the list of recent calls and tap on an item in their call history to return the call or view the call summary, notes, and recording. Install Freshcaller app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using Freshcaller on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Freshcaller"
The search will reveal the Freshcaller app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Freshcaller is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Freshcaller.
Now enjoy Freshcaller on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Freshcaller,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Freshcaller" » then Click "Install".
- Freshcaller will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Poorly planned product / refuse refund

Unfortunately this system is not reliable. There are too many bugs and bad features. I can’t view a call log in the app and they said this is how the app works - you have to check missed calls online. I requested a refund three weeks ago and keep getting told it will be there in a few days. Liars. They will not refund my money even after many emails and promises. Support is in India and they are horrible with both the support offered and hours available.
Added freshsales integration. So far so good!

Appreciate adding the freshsales integration. It would be great to be able to call any number from contacts using freshcalle (like hangouts or Viber does). Keep up the good work!
Can not access my URL at all

My company uses these services online, and for me using my phone is a more efficient option but it’s not connecting at all to my business and so I cannot use this app’s services and link it up to Freshsales. Terrible connectivity.
Used to work now doesn’t .... gotta love upgrades

Wont accept proper URL. Just loops and wont go to the login screen. What a piece.
