Install PDFs Split & Merge app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:

- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "PDFs Split & Merge"
- The search will reveal the PDFs Split & Merge app icon. Open, then click "Install".

Easy To Use - Super Convenient

Absolutely Recommend!

All I needed was to take a single PDF that had 50 pages and split the entire document into single pages. Thankfully I found this app...and for free! Literally took 3 seconds to split my document. I'm not sure what In-App purchases there are, but I happily pay to keep this app. Very convienient and exactly what I needed!

Does what I needed it to do

I needed to take the first 4 pages out of a PDF and it was really easy to do this with this app. Easy to download, simple interface, did what I needed it to do.
Much better experience than going to an online site for splitting pdf’s and hoping I did not bring home any viruses with me. Thanks!

It’s simple and it works!

I needed to take one page out of a PDF and substitute in another. This app allowed me to export subranges of pages, and then re-assemble the PDF with the new page. I DO notice that the size of the PDF (all scanned pages) increased by 100%, but that’s OK compared to printing out and re-scanning.
