When you sign on, the screen stays blank. Just push the home button in the app and it will start fine... I’m just glad not to have to enter all the letter/number combos and I’m glad to have a way to double check my tickets before I toss them. Super easy to use, just needs a little patience... 🤷🏻‍♀️
Frustrating!

Frustrating app. No support. It’s mainly the geo location. I have learned to navigate the app (not easy) but continually have problems with it determining my location. WiFi or cellular. Probably end up going back to purchasing my tickets at the store.

The app said it had an update. I went to the App Store and downloaded said update. Now when I open the app, it says that I need an update in order to use the app and nothing else functions. It’s a cute icon that provides light reading. Good job. Keep up the good work.
