App works 99% of the time

Been using this app for years and very rarely does it give me any problems. It’s much more convenient using this app instead of having to hang onto all your tickets to check them at a store. The scan function has always been correct. With that being said, I’m sure the app can improve this app fairly easily especially with all the money lottery brings in but they’d rather waste the money on other BS while still taxing the hell out of us.
Scan function no longer works

This used to be a great app-I used the scan function all the time to check my tickets. After the last update I just get a message now that says "device is not registered" when I open Scan Tickets. This app is pretty much worthless without the scan feature. If it will not be fixed I will no longer be using this app.
Poorly designed

Slow, awkward user interface, takes the simple and makes difficult. For example, When you hit “scan”, why not scan? why do you have to go to another page and then figure out that you have to scroll down to the button that says “scan now”?
Needs total overhaul

This app should be everything that every other state lottery app is. Ours of course because we are Connecticut is Slow, Locks Up, Doesn’t display amount won. I use primarily for watching Keno games - it’s just so painful I go to the Safari page on my phone to look at results. Get with it the app Lottery...
