2. This 28-day program differs from other online apps because it includes a plan for up to 21 daily tailored messages and a tracker for DASH adherence.
3. WHEELS for DASH teaches and reinforces knowledge, attitudes and skills to maintain and build healthy eating patterns.
4. Users must be enrolled as part of a University of Michigan study to gain access.
