Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "SanDisk ibi"
The search will reveal the SanDisk ibi app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once SanDisk ibi is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including SanDisk ibi.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use SanDisk ibi,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "SanDisk ibi" » then Click "Install".
- SanDisk ibi will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Cannot add photo on a shared folder

Recommended my friend to get this ibi so we can easily share photo, but it turns out the app does not allow me to add photo or save to my ibi even when I was invited to collaborate. Contacted support and they told me the collaboration will not work on the app but the desktop only. Been waiting for this to be fix. How can this be a fully functional sharing device when I can’t even add photo? This is a basic function that many photo app have already. The collaboration folder will only work if the user is on the same ibi device...collaboration will not work for user not on your ibi device. Please prioritize this basic function!! Update for v2.2: nice work to get the ability to download the whole shared album or multiple photo. Now waiting for ability to upload photo to a shared folder from the app

Great to easily store my photos to a place I can easily share with those I want to. The App makes it easy for all of my family to connect and share in a very streamlined way. Don’t have to keep texting everyone.

My wife suggested we get a ibi after seeing advertisements and so far I’ve been impressed. It does take some time for pictures to transfer but the auto backup feature and the ability to post from anywhere with a WiFi connection almost makes up for it. We are happy with our purchase.
