1. Customer Service Requests are handled Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM.

2. The CT Service app allows you to submit and track service requests.

3. This form should NOT be used to report any kind of highway emergency.

4. Report highway emergencies to 911 or the California Highway Patrol immediately.

Install CT Service app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "CT Service"
The search will reveal the CT Service app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once CT Service is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including CT Service.
Now enjoy CT Service on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use CT Service,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "CT Service" » then Click "Install".
- CT Service will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
