What is Outline App?
Outline is a virtual private network (VPN) app that allows users to set up their own VPN server to access the internet safely and keep their communications private. The app consists of two products: the Outline Manager and Outline. The Outline Manager lets users create and operate their own VPN and share access with anyone they choose by sending them an invitation directly from the Manager. Once the VPN server is set up, users can download the Outline app on their phone and desktop to access the internet safely.
