Install Switch for Sonos app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Hangs

I am not able to fully evaluate this app because I can’t get it to da anything. I installed the app and then had to install another utility (sound flower). When I open the app it hangs, in Activity Monitor it shows as not responding. I like supporting app writers and I hope that the developer releases an update soon. I would be happy to update my review when I am able to use what I paid for.

Thanks for your feedback! I didn’t even think about clicking on the ? next to the streaming line. I’ve got it working and it works just the way I want.

With Sonos, one has to have a Smart Phone or I-Pad…and that works great. However, this does offer basic control of whats currently playing; volume, next/previous song, mute/pause and song that’s playing. It’s a this app and performs as one. I use the I-pad to control artist, song, playlists, etc. and then go to my IMac for use the this app for items listed above. As far as I know, this this app is the only software that can run on a “computer.” So, it is what it is…and works. Greg

Install was easy. Picked up my Sonos for the office. Can’t figure out for the life of me how to get my music to play. I am sure it is me… Would love to use thje app I just paid $4.99 to purchase.
