Install WaterLili - WaterColor Effect app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using WaterLili on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "WaterLili"
- The search will reveal the WaterLili - WaterColor Effect app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once WaterLili is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including WaterLili.

Pretty, but

While the results are okay, the app takes up way too much storage space for such a narrow range of features. I’d also expect more watery effects—such as bloom—from something that calls itself “this app.” The masks would be more useful if you could rotate as well as scale, even better if you could customize them with a brush/eraser.
I do like the elegant and logical layout of the interface.
The save/share options barely function on my iPad Air. Most of the time it crashes the app. When it doesn’t, the sharesheet often fails to appear, even with long waits. When an image does eventually make it to the camera roll, more often than not a big chunk is blotted out with a grey rectangle. High resolution isn’t worth much if I can’t save the picture in the first place. Even if save worked properly, it would be better to have a choice than be forced to a high resolution when it’s not necessary. On the plus side, even when it crashes, the app does save the last used settings (except the mask), which makes it easier to make another attempt.

Nice effects and nice interface

If you have the Waterlogue app for water colors, I highly recommend this app. I find the interface gives you greater versatility, options and control. So far with a few tests of photos from gallery and taking some snapshots within the app itself, I was impressed with dynamic range of results I was able to create. The price is reasonable, and there are no in app purchases to make.

I love The way my pictures come out with this app it’s very down the details so I’m just going through the app and messing with that you’re able to create a very unique picture something that somebody else just can’t turn around and make my kids love it and we make silly pictures and some that are very serious I really really like this app

This is a great app. Not the typical “apply” painterly effect” app... although I do really enjoy those, too. This a quick & dirty but always pretty tool. Also, the tech support is I 5 Star, communicative, and goes above & beyond. You’ll be pleasantly surprised how quick and easy this app is to get fantastic results.
