To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use PicShop HD,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "PicShop HD" » then Click "Install".
- PicShop HD - Photo Editor will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

It's been my go-to image editing app for probably a few years now, it deserves and has earned a five star rating from me. Has plenty of tools for simple edits and probably more, but I mostly use it for mild pic edits or making quick memes and it has served its purpose well. Just buy the premium version like I did, you can't really go wrong here.
Seriously annoying flaws!

This is a fine app to resize photos, but it has a couple flaws that grow more and more irritating with every use: 1.) Whenever I open this app, a dialogue box pops up announcing what’s new in version 3.1.0, requiring me to tap “ok” before I can proceed. Every. Single. Time. Seriously, I need to be reminded of this when I use the app the second time…or the second…or the 500th time??? Come on, developer! 2.) The app almost always mis-reads photos’ rotational data. This is the ONLY app that requires me to rotate almost every new image to the correct orientation. Please correct this very basic flaw!!!

I’ve tried dozens of apps trying to find one that comes even close to photoshop pro that I used to use on my windows computer and so far this one has most of the same tools and the ease of use. The only thing it’s missing is the ability to create a photo from a blank canvas.

Just edited 2 images and am thrilled with the results. This app gives you control of your images in a way that literally transforms them from ordinary to spectacular. The black and white filter coupled with the Aura frame is a must-try. The interface is beautiful and uncluttered. This will be my go-to photo editing app from now on.
