Install ELDS HOS app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using ELDS HOS on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ELDS HOS"
- The search will reveal the ELDS HOS app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once ELDS HOS is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ELDS HOS.
- Now enjoy ELDS HOS on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use ELDS HOS,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "ELDS HOS" » then Click "Install".
- ELDS HOS will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

50$ for late payment

I’ve had the app system for five months and it frequently disconnects as well as does your garden variety of odd crap which just make me all the more grateful to big brother for afflicting me with the ELD scourge. Customer support is semi effective and mostly just doesn’t care. Frequently you have to leave a voicemail in their mailbox and pray that you get a call back which is infrequent at best.
My biggest complaint however is the 50$ “service fee” for late payments. Three months ago my bank put a stop to my debit card due to fraudulent activity and issued a new one. The payment to the app was declined on the old card and before I could update debit card information ( takes about 7 buss days to get new one) I incurred a $50 fee for late payment. I think thats just abusive . Were already looking for a new provider.

Extremely Frustrating - customer service is only 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday

These devices always freeze, change duty statuses by themselves, or don’t change when you want them to change, don’t pick up location and lose connection all the time. Whenever any errors occur and you need help from technical support, you can’t get any help because they only work M - F 8am to 5pm. If any of these errors happen on weekends or later than 5pm, you have to drive with violations or stop and accept the loss. After hours support is a MUST when there are so many glitches. I regret my company chose the app, when there are so many other reliable ELD providers on the market.
Don’t get stuck in a contract with them, like our company did!

Freeze up

This has not worked right from the start takes to much time to change status and pre trip was great till I updated and now freezes up takes 2 or3mins to load something needs to be done I would change but my contract say I have to use your device to pull there fright

Constantly freezes up, several malfunctions a day, sometimes more than 50-60 times a day showing “missing location”.
Today it shoes that I am 4546 miles from some place on earth!
And when you call they are giving you some stupid explanation about how bad Apple communicate with their customers!
But they don’t care that actually only this app is not working properly!
I worked about 10 months last year with Keep Trucking and had not a single issue!
It is your fix guys, you are the ones in fault, not Apple!
