Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "AT&T Real-Time Text"
The search will reveal the AT&T Real-Time Text app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once AT&T Real-Time Text is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including AT&T Real-Time Text.

They implied that this is the way to assess the tty operator without any need to buy and hook up a portable tty machine to the cellphone. It only works from cellphone to cellphone users who have real time text on the cellphones. I can already text friends. I need portable easy TTY with a real operator taking the phone calls.
Said have wrong Sim card and crashed

It appears this app may only work with AT&T. I tried to use it on the phone with Tmobile and it didn’t work it said have the wrong Sim card. Please fix.
Does not work

Does not work. When I make a call, I don’t see any text. There are no instructions on how to use the app. Waste of my time. InnoCaption is much better.
