    By Nanakids (Pcmac user)

This app is not worth my time !!! I was told by one of your Representatives that this would fix my DROP CALLS and Improve My SERVICE .. it Did none of the above I’ve been a long time Customer with Cingular and once At&t took over I have had NOTHING but PROBLEMS. Half the time my New IPHONE X has DROP CALLS NO SERVICE ( Just so you know my Sweet Husband upgrade my IPhone) I my self would have never NEVER done this !!! Believe once I’m off this contact I will be go with METRO I was able to Use there service No Problem No Drop Calls clear calls. I even get Alerts from unrecognized phone numbers. My Sister got me on her plan for Emergency and when we had that BIG Storm we had No Electricity I was unable to use my At&t IPhone I Had NO Service NOTHING !!! When I was unable to call At&t and told them I was without service for 5 Days and they WOULD NOT even give me CREDIT I couldn’t ever make calls or a payment Due to AT& T service being DOWN !!!! They also Charged me a late Fee REALLY!!! At&t needs to Be More courteous and more helpful to their customers.
  • App Is a great tool... now, AT&T, Lets see the “Power of &” again.

    By DLWIlliams919 (Pcmac user)

This app is a great tool for customers to provide instant feedback to AT&T’s Network Operations and Network Development Teams to use as they plan network improvements upgrades or to check in sites that may need slight adjustments or equipment checks. The upshot is, they already know. They see call drops, incomplete calls, Data connection speeds and drops. How else would they be able to throttle?) They also have their Neilson Market Drive Test Rankings. This is true for all the carriers. I’m a legacy BellSouth Mobility customer, and for the first time in 21 years I’m forced to consider changing carriers. (NOTE: The 5 stars are for the app itself and it’s functionality, and in no way reflect my satisfaction with AT&T’s cellular service at my current location. )
  • App is as bad as AT&Ts cell service!!

    By Mandylw7 (Pcmac user)

I downloaded this app at the recommendation of an AT&T rep. They promised it would help improve the increasingly terrible service in my area. I have made 20 complaints, using the GPS map built into the app, every day for 6+ months. The service only gets worse. I am reporting f having literally NO SERVICE in an area that their published coverage map claims provides top-notch service 3g/4g+ service. The app is a joke. When service is so poor, or totally nonexistent, the app promises to submit your report once service is restored. That is also a lie. The map inside the app is covered with hundreds of red pins in areas I have reported. It literally says the report was never made even though I get text messages claiming it was. Despite returning to areas with service, or getting on WiFi, the reports are still never made. This entire app is a waste of time, just like AT&T is a waste of money. Do yourself a favor...skip this app and leave AT&T. I never have any issues with my Verizon phone.
  • Been wonderful for us!

    By Kleidouchos (Pcmac user)

This app has been fantastic for our rural location. There is only one tower close enough for us to have service and it is a contracted tower, so when we have issues, I “mark the spot” and it is cleared up quickly. Before using the app, it was always a fight with overseas call centers trying to get them to transfer me to the actual ADVANCED tech department who could request maintenance on the tower. I understand the limitations of an app like this and AT&T does not have contracts with every single tower so there are no doubt areas where this app is not helpful. Thankfully for us, it has been a useful tool to alert AT&T of issues, allowing them to be fixed quicker than before we used the app. For that, we are grateful.
